Everyday things like work, raising children, paying the bills, and running errands are stressors that people tend to get wound up about. To deal with stress, you must first identify your own sources of anxiety. To identify your own sources of stress you must examine your life and habits. Many times people find things to help them deal with life that is worse than the actual stress.
